My stay at the hotel was truly a mix of great experiences and some downsides. The rooms were very generous in size, but the furniture was tired and stained, not the most comfortable. The balcony provided mesmerizing views of the fountains, Burj, and souk, meeting my requests for a non-smoking room with twin beds on a high floor. The service was top-notch, with staff mingling with guests to ensure a pleasant stay, particularly Vemeeta at breakfast, although I found the dancing not suitable. The hotel's location was excellent, right at Dubai Mall and downtown Dubai, within walking distance of major attractions. The dining was wonderful, with a wide range of traditional and western food, though not included in the room rate.

I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The rooms, with both mountain and Burj views, were incredibly clean, nice, and comfortable, meeting all our needs. The service, despite the aggressive demeanor of some staff, was saved by Mr Akbar's warm welcome at the chocolate and ice cream parlor, along with the courteous and friendly staff. The location, right in front of the Burj Khalifa, offered breathtaking views and spacious rooms, making it an excellent choice for sightseeing. The dining experience, while offering a wide range of choices, had room for improvement in variety. Overall, a superb hotel with some minor hiccups.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with amazing views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai fountains from the rooms. The overall experience was spectacular, with neat and clean rooms, and a well-equipped and spacious lobby. Although the dining options were somewhat below expectations, the location made up for it, being just a short distance to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

However, some minor disruptions from nearby construction work were noticeable during the stay.

The hotel offers clean rooms with a great view and helpful staff, particularly Akbar. Enjoy a relaxing time at the balcony watching the show. The kitchen and washer were convenient amenities. However, maintenance could be improved.

The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to Burj Khalifa, the fountains, opera house, and Dubai Mall. The dining experience was good, but could offer more options for vegetarians. I enjoyed every moment at this hotel!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The room, a 1BR Suite with Burj Khalifa & Fountain View on the 25th floor, was incredibly spacious and even had a kitchen. The views of the fountain and Burj Khalifa were breathtaking, and the room had a lovely fragrance. I especially enjoyed facing the dancing fountain of Dubai Mall right from my room.
